It goes without saying
(but we'll say it anyway!) that we will meticulously fulfil our
undertakings to you as set out in our website and agreed between us
through all our email correspondence. We keep folder records of all
emails ... and assume that our clients will do the same.
We ask for a 20% deposit when people are ready to make a booking and
we take all major cards.
We undertake to refund a deposit when a cancellation is made 31 or
more days before the 1st day of the tour booking. Less than 31 days
before the 1st day of the booking, we are sorry but we cannot make
deposit refunds.
The balance is payable on completion of the Tour.
